Born and raised in London, Ontario and now residing with his wife, Beth, on rural property near Strathroy, Ontario, Jeffrey was formally educated at the highly-regarded School of Broadcast Journalism at Fanshawe College of Applied Arts & Technology (1983). It was here where he honed his skills as a professional communicator, and began what is already a storied career in sports journalism. In fact, Jeffrey was already a professional freelance writer and broadcast journalist, writing op-eds and working as a sports broadcaster for two years prior to studying at Fanshawe College.

Today, Jeffrey is one of Canada’s most recognizable and celebrated sports writers, with seven national and international writing awards over a 40-year career. Most notably, Jeffrey is one of North America’s leading golf writers and publisher/editor of (est. 2004) – The Voice of Golf in Southwestern Ontario. His website, (est. 2016), London’s Trusted Source for Sports News & Information, has quickly become the go-to source for local sports news and information.

Yet as much as Jeffrey is respected as a golf insider and champion of local sports, the business community respects him equally. For 30 years, Jeffrey has been the go-to freelance writer and contributing photographer for hundreds of local, national and international clients who include: The Detroit Tigers Baseball Club; Highland Country Club; ClubLink Corporation; 3M Canada; Western Fair Association; Ontario Association of School Board Officials; Heart & Stroke; City of London Parks & Recreation; Ottawa Construction Association; Toronto Construction Association; Greater Toronto Home Builders Association; Ontario Home Builders Association; Hamilton-Halton Construction Association; Grand Valley Construction Association; and London Home Builders’ Association.

“In today’s business world, it is imperative to reach target audiences – old and new – with professional writing,” Jeffrey explained. “Whether you are enhancing your relationships with existing clients or seeking new business, every print, online and video presentation relies on a common base: professional writing. Without it, your message is not clear and you do not separate yourself from your competitors.

“My writing and verbal presentation services are very affordable and will be delivered on time and on budget,” said Jeffrey. “My photography offerings can also assist you with your marketing and media relations. I work with businesses and groups of all sizes, from local entrepreneurs to large, international companies. All of my costs are custom priced. And my job isn’t complete until you are satisfied with the results.”
