Accessory Review: GClip, by Jeffrey Reed
We golfers are a superstitious lot. Most of us keep our gloves in our back pockets when we putt, and mark our balls with lucky coins. FineTuneGolf has created a 4-in-1 golf tool that just might bring you luck on the links.
Attaching to your belt with a spring clip, the GClip allows you to neatly organize golf accessories right at your hip. A velcro glove grip holds your glove when you’re putting or downing that jumbo hot dog at the turn. A divot tool doubles as a club rest. I don’t smoke stogies, but I bet it would support a cigar. Two tees sit in the side of the GClip. And there’s a magnetic ball marker holder for the two markers supplied with this 4-in-1 tool. You can choose from six marker designs.
I use a two-headed King George penny as a ball marker (it’s a conversation piece, and besides, with Father Time creeping up on me, I need a marker this size in order to keep track of my spot on the green). However, I clipped on the GClip during a round, and scored OK, so it didn’t bring me bad luck.
At $15 US, this is a nifty little golf trinket. To view the six ornate marker designs, and choose one that’s lucky for you, visit
