Honsberger Official Physiotherapist For Canadian Tour Championship

HONSBERGER NAMED OFFICIAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST FOR CANADIAN TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP
(August 17, 2012 – Oakville, ON) – The Canadian Tour is proud to announce that Kevin Honsberger of Honsberger Physiotherapy and Biomechanics Clinic is the Official Physiotherapist for the Canadian Tour Championship.
 

Honsberger Physiotherapy and Biomechanics Clinic’s main goals are to optimize overall health, sport performance as well as injury management for athletes of all abilities and ages.
 

“We are thrilled to have Kevin Honsberger of Honsberger Physiotherapy and Biomechanics Clinic, provide his physiotherapy services to Tour players during for the Canadian Tour Championship to be held at the Scarboro Golf and Country club August 20 – 26,” said Scott Pritchard, Director of Business Development and Communications for the Canadian Tour.  “We are striving very hard to develop relationships and programs that benefit our Tour members, and based on current tour players experiences, Honsberger Physiotherapy will help our Tour players either avoid or recover from injuries.”
 
Honsberger Physiotherapy and Biomechanics Clinic, with primary locations in Aurora and Markham, Ontario, was founded in 1987 by registered physiotherapists Kevin and Margaret Honsberger.  Their education experience in health education, athletic coaching and training has been incorporated into their physiotherapy practice. 
 
“We are truly excited about teaming up with the Canadian Tour and our role as the official Physiotherapy Clinic for the Canadian Tour Championship. It is a great opportunity for us to expand our all ready strong commitment to the golfing community,” said Honsberger. “To treat golfers you need to know the game of golf. We have been treating golfers of all abilities from amateur to professional, from a performance perspective to injury management for over 16 years.”
